About this court type
A simulator building is a small detached structure engineered around three constraints: ceiling clearance for a full driver swing (typically 10–11 ft), an impact bay sized to the screen, and HVAC tuned to keep electronics happy in Georgia summers. We handle the slab, framing, insulation, low-voltage rough-in for the launch monitor and projector, and the impact screen and turf hitting bay.
